Today we had church in the local neighborhood park. This is the third Sunday we have had it there and it is a blast! the only thing that was not so accomodating this week was the weather, which had decided to get really hot and muggy over the last few days. The kids all ran through the sprinklers that came on to water grass and they got soaked through, but it really cooled them off.
Yesterday I took the boys to the river around 8pm because it was so hot. We only swam for a little while as the water is freezing cold. The funny thing is that we were not the only ones that decided on a late night swim. We had a ton of company and I heard that people were hanging out at the swimming hole past 9-10pm!
